Cancellation Policy
I understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I kindly request a minimum of 48 hours' notice.
** Kindly be aware of our 10min grace period. Arriving after 10min will lead to a same-day cancellation, and applicable cancellation fees will be incurred.**
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance: $15 non-refundable deposit will be incurred.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment: A 50% fee of the service cost will be charged, in addition to a $15 non-refundable deposit.
